PROJECT MANAGER PLANT CONSTRUCTION (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for the complete project management of plant construction projects. Thus, you will be responsible for the technically and economically optimal execution of your own projects.

Your tasks:

• Independent order processing including schedule and cost control.
• Handling of plant construction projects using/controlling internal and external resources for the design, planning, material procurement, manufacture, assembly, commissioning and acceptance of process engineering plants in the field of industrial water and wastewater technology
• Planning of the required personnel resources
• Technical and economic project management and reporting
• Controlling, securing the flow of information and monitoring the project (agreeing deadlines, coordinating cooperation with other specialist departments, defining responsibilities)
• Enforcing the necessary measures and executing contracts
• Conducting negotiations
• Presenting and arguing for project results
• Documentation of the project

Your profile:

• A degree in process engineering, apparatus engineering or mechanical engineering or comparable technical training, e.g. as a technician/foreman (m/f/d).
• Several years of project management experience in plant construction as well as the necessary commercial understanding is a minimum requirement
• Your English language skills are business fluent (written and spoken), another foreign language would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel on a project basis, including temporary stays at construction sites, is a prerequisite.
• Knowledge of common, recognised project management tools and MS Office is a prerequisite.
• Construction site experience is desirable
• Personally, you are team- and customer-oriented; motivated, goal-oriented work and a high degree of independence are a matter of course for you.
• As a responsible project manager (m/f/d) you are a friendly, obliging but also assertive personality.
